Put on some comfy shoes and get ready to go bargain hunting! It's time for the Jack and Jill Fall Consignment Sale, so big and so popular that it's held at the Lynnwood Convention Center, 3711 196th St. S.W.
Dates are Thursday through Sunday, Sept 26-29.
There will be tens of thousands of gently used children's items including clothing, shoes, furniture, toys and baby equipment.
Here are the details and event hours:
Thursday, Sept 26
1 p.m. -7 p.m.: Open to the public
Noon-1 p.m.: Early entry with a donation of diapers, wipes, diaper cream or baby shampoo to the WestSide Baby Diaper Drive.
Friday, Sept 27
9 a.m.-7 p.m.: Open to the public
Saturday, Sept. 28
9 a.m.-4 p.m.: Open to the public New Inventory!
Sunday, Sept. 29
9 a.m.-2 p.m.: half-price tag sale
In addition, the event's Made by Mom boutique area features family-focused items and services created and offered by local parents.
More event details: Cash, credit and debit cards accepted — no checks. Some bags will be available, but shoppers are advised to bring their own.
All strollers, infant carriers, etc. will be tagged upon entry for security reasons and checked upon departure. No large bags, please.
Changing stations and a nursing area will be available.
