Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum, Everett
Bring the whole family to hear the rumble and boom of vintage tanks and artillery. This fun event features unique military vehicles and cannons, remote-control tanks, food and fun. Admission: $25 adults, $15 ages 6 to 17, $60 family pass for two adults and two children; free for ages 5 and younger, veterans and active military.

Is it gold or is it fool’s gold? Come be dazzled by the sparkling collections of minerals, gems and fossils, then stick around and learn fun facts from displays and vendors. Kids will get a few free minerals to take home for their collections.
Alki Point Lighthouse Tours

Alki Lighthouse. FREE
Explore inside a fully functioning lighthouse on an active U.S. Coast Guard site this weekend as the lighthouse opens its summer tour season. Children ages 7 and younger are permitted to visit the landing, but they must be 8 and older to visit the top. No wheelchair access. Lighthouse tours available through Sept. 3. Last tour begins at 3:45 p.m.
Japanese Tea Ceremony Presentation
1-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 26-27
Seattle Japanese Garden
Visit the Shoseian Teahouse at the Seattle Japanese Garden and take part in a 40-minute traditional tea presentation. Recommended for ages 8 and older. Visitors will be seated on tatami mats on the floor. Please avoid jeans, bare feet, rings and personal fragrances. Pre-registration required by calling 206-684-4725. $10, $7 youth.
One Act at a Time

Zombillenium is an amusement park where every day is Halloween, and the staff actually are werewolves, vampires, witches, and zombies. When a nosy safety inspector unwillingly becomes a member of the undead workforce, he embarks on a mission to make the park a better place for both humans and monsters. Part of the SIFF Films4Families series, this animated movie is recommended for ages 9 and older. $8.
