Exploration for All: Autism Early Open, Sat 8-10. FREE. The Pacific Science Center is opening its doors early the second Saturday of each month, for families affected by autism. Explore the museum with the lights down low, fewer crowds and less noise. pacificsciencecenter.org

 

Robothon, Sat 9-5:30. Seattle Center Armory. FREE. Robots are taking over the world… or at least the Seattle Center for a day. Come watch enthusiasts work their creations in combat robot, line maze and minisumo events plus so much more. robothon.org

 

Fire Day, MOHAI, Sat 10-2. FREE. Try on firefighter gear, meet real firefighters, practice fire safety drills, create some firefighter crafts and explore engines, old and new. mohai.org

 

St. Demetrios Greek Festival, Fri-Sun. FREE. Opa! It's all Greek all weekend long at St. Demetrios'. Come hungry for the amazing Greek food then stay for Greek music, folk dancing, a marketplace and a fun kids' area. Bring $ for dining. seattlegreekfestival.com

 

Graphic Novel Workshop, Sat 1-2 p.m. University Bookstore. FREE. Graphic novels have been extremely popular in the recent past and now you can learn how to make your own. Local author and illustrator Dana Sullivan will be at the U Bookstore Saturday to teach the basics for comics and graphic novels. All supplies are provided.
