New Year’s at noon

It’s midnight somewhere, right? Several spots around town offer midday celebrations so the younger set (and their exhausted parents) can clink sippies and ring in the new year at a much more reasonable hour.

Enjoy hourly toasts highlighting different countries from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Seattle Children’s Museum. You’ll also find Noon Year’s Eve parties at Hands On Children’s Museum in Olympia, KiDiMu on Bainbridge Island, Ballard Community Center, and KidsQuest Children’s Museum in Bellevue.
