Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma kicks off a week of Spring Break Superstars today, featuring a different conservation animal superstar each day. Red wolves are the species du jour, and keepers will have special activities for humans as well as the wolves. We hear the wolves will be treated to a basket of eggs at 2 p.m., so don’t leave before watching that.
Neighborhood House High Point Center in West Seattle hosts a free Preschool Art and Block event today, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Your little one gets to socialize with peers (as do you), all while making a joyful mess somewhere other than home. Perfection!
