Did Earth Day inspire your family to do more? Volunteer Park in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood could use your help. Come to the Spring Restoration Day where you’ll help remove invasive plants and weeds, mulch the planting beds and more. All ages and abilities are encouraged to come.
When you “go,” where does it go? That is the question pondered (and answered) in Stokley Towles’ one-man show, Flushed: Into the World of Wastewater Treatment. Factual and entertaining, it’s a hit with kids and adults alike. It’s recommended for ages 7 and older, and takes place at noon today at Seattle’s New City Theater. Tickets are $10 to $15.
