For a city with such a rainy reputation, Seattle sure has a lot of ice cream options.

Made with a coconut and/or cashew milk base in flavors like brown sugar vanilla, mint brownie, and beet strawberry rose sorbet, kids can slurp scoops off a maple-vanilla waffle cone or grab a pint for a picnic on the beach.
