This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents who are physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, legal residents of the contiguous United States age 18 and over. Prize:
One (1) Prize will be awarded. The Prize consists of vouchers for 4 to "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" at The 5th Avenue Theatre on June 9 or 10, 2018. The certificate is only valid on these dates, and NOT for Prime [P1] or Pearl [P2] seating. Winners must contact the 5th Avenue box office for available seats. Availability will vary and some shows may be sold out. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $300.00.
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. No prize transfer, assignment or substitution by winners permitted. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize in the event of unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable value determined in Sponsors’ reasonable discretion, will be awarded.
Drawing:
The prize winner will be determined on or about May 28, 2018 by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by an independent judge whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. All decisions of the Sponsors are final.
