Your Sunday: Hop on a train or in a bouncy house

Yesterday was the first day of the six-month season of weekend train rides at Northwest Railway Museum in Snoqualmie. Explore their historic depot and Centennial Trail exhibit, and hop in a vintage train car for a 75 minute round-trip excursion to the top of Snoqualmie Falls.  Trains depart 11:30 a.m., 1, 2:30 and 3:15 pm, and cost $18 for adults, $16 seniors, and $10 ages 2 to 12.

Let the kids work off their sugar high with some bunny-inspired exercise at Whirligig!, an annual bouncy-house extravaganza at the Seattle Center Armory. Toddlers have their own area, and an all-day pass is $8 ($4.50 toddler area), or $1.50 single ride.
