The month-old clouded leopard quadruplets born at the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium have finally been named. The siblings, Orchid, Banyan, Kapok, and Teak, are being hand-raised by a team of zookeepers, and require constant care.

Clouded leopards face increasing pressure in their natural habitats, thanks to increased poaching and habitat destruction; It’s unknown how many clouded leopards currently exist because of the difficulty of encountering them in the wild. The four new additions make eleven total clouded leopards that live at the zoo.

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium is open daily from 9:30 am to 6 pm; you can watch the cubs be fed daily at 9:30 am, 1:30 pm, and 5 pm. 5400 N Pearl St, Tacoma, 98407
