Hit up the University Family Y for a free week of exercise and play

Barre, Zumba, lego robotics, and more – there's something for everyone.

Families are welcome at the University Family YMCA from September 14 to 19 – for free! The University Family Y's Family Free Week offers barre classes, Zumba, Mixed Fit and seventy other fitness classes for adults – while kids play in the Kids Gym with supervising staff!

The University Family Y offers drop-in care for kids 6 months to six years 7 days a week from 8:30 am to noon and Tuesday through Thursday afternoons from 3:30 to 5 pm; during Family Free Week, drop-ins are free!

During Family Free Week,  kids from 6 to 12 can drop in on Saturday and Sunday mornings and from 3:30-5 pm Tuesday through Thursday for enrichment activities like Lego Robotics and hip-hop dance. Little ones will dig the stuffed animal tea party happening at 10 am on Friday the 18th.
