If you’ve ever been to Washington, D.C., you’ve likely taken advantage of the free admission at the Smithsonian Museums but lamented the lack of that option here. Turns out that Smithsonian magazine has been lamenting it too, and this year they’ve worked with museums across the country to offer one day of free entry on Saturday, September 26.

You just need to print out your free Museum Day Live! ticket, available on the Smithsonian magazine website. Each ticket provides entry to two people at a long list of marvelous museums.

In our neck of the woods, Museum Day Live! participants include:

MOHAI

Center for Wooden Boats

EMP

Henry Art Gallery

Seattle Art Museum

Frye Art Museum

Nordic Heritage Museum

Wing Luke Museum

Museum of Flight

NW African American Museum

Bellevue Arts Museum

Bainbridge Island Museum of Art
