The Office of Arts & Culture, 4Culture, Arts Corps,Youth Speaks Seattle and Youngstown Cultural Arts Center are bringing an awesome showcase of local youth creative talent to the Youngstown Cultural Center on Friday, Dec. 4, with the Winter Magic Youth Arts Showcase!
The event features performances of music, dance and poetry.
