Back to school photos: Share them here!

Many schools are back in classrooms this week. Show us those smiles!

They’re back! Elementary students in the Seattle Public Schools and the Northshore School District, among other districts, have the option to start in-classroom learning again this week, the first day at a physical school for most since the COVID-19 lockdowns that started in March 2020.

Let’s share in the excitement and see those happy kids, masked or unmasked, as they pose for their parents on day 1 of a very, very unusual year. You can send your photo to and we’ll post it in this story. You can also visit our Facebook page and share there.

Please remember: Drive extra-cautiously and carefully as there will be many more young pedestrians on local streets.
