Six Strawberries' amazing ice pops.

When we were growing up, cherry popsicles from the freezer aisle were a hot-weather remedy. But lucky Seattle kids can cool off with a local, artisan ice pop from Six Strawberries. The three-year-old business can be found serving its delicious dairy-free pops, in flavors including peach lemonade and Caffé Vita latte, around town this summer at farmers markets and street fairs. Pops are $3 each or two for $5. The ice-pop pushcart also caters events; details and locations are at sixstrawberries.com
