For the third year in a row, Cruizin Chelan is hosting the BBQ competition—another event you (and your belly!) won’t want to miss. On June 2 in downtown Chelan’s Riverwalk Park, some of the most talented BBQ pit masters, both professional and amateur, will compete for the cash—and the distinction of being the best griller around. Pick your own favorite by indulging in the tasting samples for $2 each.
In addition to the car show and BBQ contest, families will enjoy face painting, giant inflatables, street games and more. Not to mention, once you’ve had your fill of the Cruizin Chelan activities, you can head to the bowling alley, play putt putt golf, swim at local beaches, jet ski, rent a boat, or even hit Slidewaters for a slippin’, slidin’ good time.

This jam-packed weekend of classic cars and BBQ will wrap up with a fireworks show on Saturday night, but you should definitely stay through Sunday and indulge in everything else that Chelan has to offer—summer here is a parade of endless activities that will have the whole family asking when they can come back again.
