Passover is one of Judaism’s most meaningful holidays, and in Seattle, there are so many ways for families to take part. In 2026, Passover runs from April 1–9, commemorating the Israelites’ journey from slavery to freedom — a story that’s told, retold, and experienced in different ways across generations.
From playful Tot Shabbat gatherings and kid-friendly movie mornings to traditional community Seders, there’s a wide range of Passover events in Seattle to choose from. Some are designed with young children in mind, while others are more traditional or communal in nature. As you make your plans, it’s worth considering what setting will feel most comfortable for your child — whether that’s a hands-on experience or a more structured gathering where a quieter presence is appreciated.
