Seattle Chocolates has been stepping up its game lately, with fresh new packaging and fun, seasonal flavor combos. The local chocolatier’s spring line includes a trio of bars made with Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa. Kids will have a hard time choosing which pastel-hued wrapping to peel back first: There’s Fresh Mint packed with chocolate cookie hunks and Fluffy Toffee with tiny marshmallow pieces. But our favorite is Seattle Chocolates’ new Spring Surprise bar. It’s 2.5 ounces of dark chocolate, studded with coconut, almonds and a sprinkle of sea salt for good measure. seattlechocolates.com
