There’s A New VEGAN Burger Joint In Seattle

America's first 100 percent plant-based burger joint, Next Level Burger is now officially open in Seattle. It’s where you and your family can nosh on tasty vegan burgers, heaping piles of fries and rich creamy shakes.

Like many great inventions, Next Level Burger was born out of necessity. After owners Matt and Cierra de Gruyter had their first child, Cierra went on a quest to find healthy ways to feed her family. The family adopted a vegetarian and eventually 100% plant-based diet.

The couple took Cierra’s home-cooked meals to the streets and opened Next Level Burger’s first restaurant in Bend, Oregon in 2014. Then on August 25, 2017 they opened the doors at their first Seattle restaurant inside the Roosevelt Square Whole Foods.

Next Level Burger is recognized for its revolutionary menu of plant-based twists on classic burger joint favorites, including over a dozen jaw dropping burger combinations. Smash favorites include the top selling, house made Signature Burger, the Bleu BBQ or the Sausage Bacon.

Parents of picky eaters, find comfort in knowing that multiple things on the menu are chock-full of hidden veggies, beans and other good stuff. The kids’ menu options include quinoa patty burgers, an atypical grilled cheese, nut butter and jelly sandwiches, plus a seasoned vegan hot dog. Each meal comes with organic fries and organic grape juice.
