Seattle Parks and Recreation is working on new design plans for the play area at Salmon Bay Park, at 2001 N.W. Canoe Place in Ballard.
People have already weighed in with ideas for the play area, which were incorporated into three design concepts that include new play equipment layouts, adjusting equipment locations, access improvements and new features.
For the next step, people are asked to watch a presentation by the design team and then take a survey about it.
Additionally, there will be an online open house from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 21) to answer questions and gather input.
Full details on the Salmon Bay Park project can be found here.
