Great project for kids on a winter day: Make a lucha libre mask!

The colorful lucha libre mask is worn by professional wrestlers in Mexico City. To make a máscara with your little luchador, all you need is paper, glue, string and scissors.

1. Draw design on construction paper and carefully cut out.

 

Glue smaller piece of mask to bigger piece. 

Decorate mask with markers and sequins, and tape string to both sides. Play!
