‘Happy Heart,’ Caspar Babypants’ new album of kids’ songs

It's vintage Caspar: Sweet, silly, simple and upbeat.

Caspar Babypants has put out another new album to help break the monotony and glum of the pandemic.

ā€œHappy Heartā€ comes out Friday, Nov. 13.

Says Caspar Babypants: ā€œI know you all need fresh songs and things to look forward to these days!ā€

It sounds like ā€œHappy Heartā€ will be vintage Caspar featuring, in his words, ā€œa bunch of tender sweet and bouncy songs about the unique love between a parent and a child mixed with silly story songs about animals.ā€

It’s a family affair as his wife, Kate Endle, designs his album covers, and this album includes some collaborations with his kids.

His website has song previews, adorable videos, merchandise and more.

The album can be downloaded from all of the major digital music platforms, or bought in CD form (in person or online) from Easy Street Records and Cafe in West Seattle.

Signed copies will be available through Kate Endle’s website.

Caspar Babypants is also known as Chris Ballew, lead singer for the Seattle based rock and roll band The Presidents of the United States of America.

Since 2008, he also been making thoughtful, simple, singalong songs for parents and kids 0 to 6 years old to enjoy together. ā€œHappy Heartā€ is his 18th such album.

He is also involved with several nonprofits that focus on parent education and outreach to neglected and abused kids and homeless families.
