Local toy store Snapdoodle Toys back open with COVID safety measures

Online shopping is still available, too.

Snapdoodle Toys, the popular local toy store, has reopened its four stores — in Seattle, Redmond, Kenmore and Issaquah — for in-person shopping after a long closure amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Hours at all stores at 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday; and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.

Masks are required of all shoppers, hand sanitizer will be provided and capacity in the stores will be limited. Snapdoodle also is selling cute masks for kids who might be reluctant to wear them (tips on that here).

During the closure, owners Rob and Cherry Pickering pivoted to an online business with curbside pickup and shipping, options that are still available.
